What are the three Pathways?

2024-25 Direct Transfer Agreement with Big Bend Community College

“The Direct Transfer Agreement (DTA) associate degree is designed to transfer to most Bachelor of Arts degrees at all four-year colleges and universities in Washington state. The DTA is sometimes called an Associate in Arts or an Associate in Arts and Sciences.” Source: Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges.

It is important to note that completion of a DTA will not result in Junior standing for all degrees, especially STEM or Healthcare related fields, which will likely require specific prerequisite classes outside of the current DTA offerings. Please review QHS CTE Programs of Study for other industry-specific certification opportunities.
