As a lifelong member of the Quincy community, I am excited to begin my 15th year as a counselor at Quincy High School! I thoroughly enjoy giving back to the community that helped shape the person I am today. I have been happily married to my wife, Jessica, for 20 years and we have three wonderful children: Trajan, Julisa, and Dominic. We also added a new member to our household last spring, our beloved puppy, Jax (as true Quincy Jackrabbits, we felt this was the most appropriate name for our first dog). I graduated from Central Washington University with Bachelor’s Degrees in Sociology and Law and Justice Pre-Law. I completed a Master’s Degree in Education School Counseling in 2007 from Heritage University, and attended Gonzaga University to obtain a Professional Certification in School Counseling in 2016. In addition to my role as a counselor, I also enjoy working with student-athletes as an Assistant Basketball Coach for 15 years, and Head Boys Golf Coach for the past 8 years. Outside of school, I enjoy attending Seahawks and Husky games, visiting family, playing golf, and walking Jax. I have also recently started playing fantasy football in multiple friend and family leagues. Cheers to those working to make the best of this year - Go Jacks!
